Background: Core Stability is the capacity to regulate position and motion of trunk over pelvis foroptimal force production, transmission, control terminal segment during integrated sportsactivities. Obesity linked a number debilitating musculoskeletal diseases in adults. The Foot PostureIndex can be used assess deviations foot posture alignment, such as pronation supination. Variousstudies were conducted determine impact Body Mass Index on core stability alignmentin non-athletic males aged between 22 27 years. As result, current study determining ofBody types male female participants age group (18 to25 years).Materials Methods: In this Observational A total 100 samples taken based inclusion andexclusion criteria which categorized into two groups. Group -50 subjects, B - 50 femalesubjects.Foot Posture Index-6 was foot. Normal foot, Pronated supinated type static footposture obtained by index. checked prone plank test.Conclusion: According study, both Men Women are more likely acquire pronated feet when theirweight increases. females, likelihood having flat increases weightincreases, especially those who belonging overweight obese category
